Faucetpartsplus.com has a 30 day return / exchange policy on all products. All freight and a 20% handling charge are non refundable. Special orders are non refundable. After 30 days from the original purchase date all products are non returnable. All returns prior to 30 days from the original purchase date must be approved by sending us a email at [email protected] and requesting a RMA before returning your product. Customers are responsible for paying any and all return shipping.
We will exchange your product as long as it's in new condition and in the original packaging. No refunds on ceramic stems or on merchandise that has been used. No exchanges will be processed without a EMA#. The EMA# must be placed on the outside of the box or it will be returned to the sender. All exchanges or refund request shipped to us are subject to a final approval before any exchange or refund will be processed. On any exchanges additional postage fees will need to be paid in full before we reship the exchange. Please send us a email with any questions you may have and to receive exchange authorization.
